Statistics
The PCS Cheltenham Statistics system opens up a whole new area of management information. By analysing the information already held within your system Statistics provides numerous full colour graphs. These graphs, and the data used to create them, can then be printed out reveal to important practice trends. The Statistics system provides detailed information on areas such as profit by individual stock items, item types (frames, lenses etc.) or suppliers. Total number of dispensing orders and order value by day, month & year. This example shows the number of patients by age, and separates them
by title (males & females). The peaks and troughs in the profile show
trends particular to your practice. The parameters entered for this graph
were patients examined from 1/1/98 to 1/1/99. Changing these parameters
would produce a different profile.
